Rosie is an anxiety and regulation coach who works with children, teens, and adults to build emotional regulation, resilience, and a greater sense of internal safety. Her work focuses on understanding how the nervous system responds to stress and developing practical tools that help clients move from overwhelm into steadiness.

ReGround coaching centers on self-regulation, emotional awareness, and strengthening a person’s ability to navigate stress, anxiety, and daily challenges with greater clarity and control. Together, clients and coach explore patterns, build awareness, and develop skills that support long-term stability and resilience.
